Her career began at Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation's most respected commercial real estate firms, where she built a foundation across construction management, leasing, property management, and accounting — a breadth of expertise rarely found in a single professional.
That comprehensive background led Belva to partner with Diane Land to co-found DTLand Group, Inc., where she has helped shape the firm into one of Austin's most trusted boutique commercial property management companies. Her ability to speak fluently across every phase of a real estate asset — from construction and leasing to day-to-day operations and financial reporting — gives DTLand clients a level of integrated oversight that larger firms simply cannot replicate.

Chelsea Fuller's story is quintessentially Austin — she grew up in the city and surrounding areas, developed her commercial real estate foundation right here at DTLand Group through an internship in 1998, and has now returned home to help lead the firm into its next chapter as Co-CEO.
After her early start at DTLand, Chelsea moved to the Houston area. Her time away sharpened her perspective on what makes Austin's commercial real estate landscape unique — and what property owners and tenants here truly need from a management partner.
Now back where it all began, Chelsea brings that wealth of experience back to the firm that first shaped her career. Known for her ability to build lasting relationships and close deals, she combines a tenacious leasing instinct with a genuine commitment to clear, responsive communication on both sides of the landlord-tenant relationship. As Co-CEO, she plays a central role in driving occupancy, supporting ownership goals, and positioning DTLand Group for continued growth.

McKenna Sweeney
Property Manager/Construction Management
McKenna Sweeney brings a unique blend of property management and construction expertise to the DTLand Group team. With five years at DTLand and ten years of prior experience in oil and gas with Haliburton and commercial construction experience at Hensel Phelps & Lott Brothers Construction, McKenna offers clients a rare combination of day-to-day management skill and hands-on project execution knowledge.
Her construction background gives her a distinct edge when overseeing tenant improvements, capital projects, and large-scale renovations — ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget without the disconnect that often exists between property managers and contractors. McKenna works closely with the DTLand team to bridge the gap between ownership goals and project outcomes, bringing accountability and precision to every engagement.

Cathy Alvarado is a true Austin native and one of DTLand Group's longest-tenured team members, bringing 15 years of dedicated service to the firm. As Head of Accounts Receivable, Cathy is the engine behind one of the most critical functions in property management — ensuring that rent is collected accurately, efficiently, and deposited without delay.
Known for her exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail, Cathy brings a consistency and reliability to her role that property owners can count on month after month. Alexandra Foura brings a strong academic foundation and deep Central Texas roots to her role as Controller at DTLand Group. A proud Texas A&M University graduate, Alexandra grew up in Central Texas and has built her career close to home — giving her an intuitive understanding of the local market dynamics that shape every financial decision.
As Controller, Alexandra serves as the financial backbone of DTLand Group's operations, managing the full spectrum of accounting functions that keep client assets performing at their best. Head of Accounts Payables
Todd Reed brings a strong accounts payable foundation to DTLand Group, having honed his expertise over many years managing AP operations in the residential real estate sector. Now focused exclusively on commercial accounts payable, Todd applies that same discipline and financial rigor to the unique demands of commercial property management.
As Head of Accounts Payable, Todd ensures that every vendor payment, contractor invoice, and operating expense is processed accurately and on time — protecting owner relationships with vendors and keeping properties running without financial interruption.
